Holds Conference

B. F. White, county supervisor of the Fanners Home Administration at Culpeper, serving the counties of Culpeper, Madison and Rappahannock, attended a conference in Richmond, June 6 to 27, to appraise past performances of the farmers home administration program in Virginia and plan for more efficient operations.

State Director, R. O. Delane, in his opening remarks said, “We must train all empioyees to accomplish more with less effort.” It is doubtful that we will ever have many more workers, and it is probable that we will be required to do more jobs with about the same, personnel.
