The officiating minister, ReV. A. Paul Thompson, pastor of the church used a double ring ceremony. V ./ s : * The bride entered on the arm of her father, by whom she was given in marriage. Her wedding gown was an imported lace over satin creation with matching cap and veil. She carried a bouquet of white roses with orchid centre.
Miss Mary Frances Yowell, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Her gown was of gold satin and she carried rust chrysanthemums.
The. matrons . of honor, Mrs. Everett Yowell and Mrs. Charles Conant wore gowns of rust satin and carried golden chrysanthemums.
The groom’s best man was his cousin, James M. Hall.
Ushers were T. D. Maxds, and Joel Byrd Yowell. *
The groom’s mother, Mrs. Thomas Edward Hall, wore a pur. pie afternoon dress with golden orchid corsage.

Immediately following the wedding a’reception, was held at the home of the bride’s parents in the Champlain’. ‘ Valley of Madison county. The lovely valley, -euir rounded by the mountains, wearing their rich, autumn colors made a perfect setting for an October wedding.
The bride wore a going-away suit of wine color with black accessories and a corsage of orchids.
