The wedding of Miss Colleen Hope Ctennis, daughter of Mrl and Mrs. William Benton Dennis, and Robert Eugene Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Aldie Anderson of Washington, D. C., was held at Mt. Lebanon Baptist church, Sunday afternoon, October 23. The Rev. Felton Carter officiated. * The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore white satin, fashioned with a sweetheart neckline and a short train. Her fingerr tip veil was held in place by a bandeau of orange blossoms. She carried a white prayerbook, ten' t«red with a yellow-throated or. shid^ • , Mrs. Guthrie Beddingfield, sister of the bride, gowned in pink taffeta, was matron of honor and Guthrie Beddingfield of Winston, was best man. i Other attendants were Miss Lolita Dennis of Charlottesville, and Misses Gloria and Joye Dennis, all sisters of the bride. They wore eggshell, yellow and aqua taffeta gowns, respectively, fashioned like that of the matron of honor with bouffant skirts and fitted bodices. They carried nosegay*} of (tiny variagated chrysanthemums centered with a gardenia.
Ushers were Robert Jennings of Charlottesville, August Anderson, brother of the groom, and Richard Dennis, brother of the bride.
Miss Jacquelyn Kilby of Culpeper played the wedding marches and Mrs. Floyd Binns of Culpeper, sang two selections before the ceremony.
A reception was held immediately following the ceremony at the home of the bride
