* Mr. Garber is a fanner, orchard* 1st, and banker. Is an experienced legislator, having served in the General Assembly of Virginia in the House of Delegates and the Senate; and was a member of Congress 1929-1931, where he served with distinction.
1. He believes that economy sh'ould be practiced in our government; and that the present waste and squandering is inexcusable; and that it should be brought to a close by the election of a Republican Congress November 7.
