Resolutions The Board of Directors of The Rappahannock National Bank at a regular meeting on September 4, 1961 adopted the following resolutions: _. WHEREAS: Mr. John A. Keyset has served diligently and efficiently as a director of this bank for the past twenty-four (24) years; and WHEREAS; Mr. Keyser has been very faithful to the bank and has given unselfishly his time and much valued service; and WHEREAS; The Board of Directors, the Employees and the Stock Holders are deeply grieved at the loss of such a worthy member; THEREFORE, Be it resolved that we, the Board of Directors, have lost an able and efficient member and they, and the community as awhole have suffered the loss of an outstanding eitiBE*1^
