Alt that certain tract or* parcel of land situated on Piedmont Street in the Town of Washington, Virginia, as will appear from the plat and survey attached to the .deed from John ll Cary and Lula Putman Cary to L. V. Merrill dated February 28, 1948, and duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, on February 20, 1950, in Deed Book 53, at page 127.
Said lot of land contains approximately 2/9ths of an acre, more or less, and is the same land conveyed sand Ora P. Ramey by L. V. Merrill and Ruth Merrill, by deed dated February 20, 1950, and recorded February 20, 1950, in die Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 53, at page 129.
