Supervisors Approve
To Repay Loan
The Board of Supervisors met Wednesday, September 5, at the Courthouse, with all members present. The motion was made and passed to repay the loan made to the county from Rappahannock National Bank.
Regular bills were approved and paid, and the Sheriff was instructed to purchase cotton towels for use of prisoners in the county jail.

Mrs. Ressie Dodson, wife of Walter Dodson of Castleton, died at University hospital on Friday, August '31, following an illness of more than a year. She was 55 years of age, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Sisk of Rappahannock county.
Mrs. Dodson Is survived by her husband, Walter Dodson; a daughter, Miss Margaret Dodison, at home; and a eon, William, of Winchester; two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Fincham of Remington, and Mrs. Charlie Jenkins of Woodville; three brothers, Raymond, Maury, and Ashby Sisk, of Culpeper; several grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Warren Corbin of Woodville from Geest Funeral Chapel in Culpeper on Sunday afternoon, with interment in the family section of MassanoVa Pentecostal cemetery near Laurel Mills.
