and at the request of said Administrator, by Counsel, and pursuant t > Title 64, Section 161 of the Code of Virginia for 1950, has fixed upon Saturday; May 17th, 1952 as the time, and my office in the Towtf of Washington, Virginia as the place, between tfje hours of 10:00 o’clock A*M* and 5:00 o’clock P.M. for receiving proof of debts and demands against the estate, of Edward C. Dearing, deceased* Any and all persons interested in. the settlement of said estate will appear before said Commissioner at the time and place aforesaid with such books, papers, vouchers and evidence as will enable the said Commissioner to make settlement of and report to the. Court the accounts aforesaid. If for any cause the proceedings be not com- . menced, or, if commenced, be not concluded on said date, the *same will be adjourned from day to day, at the same time and place, between the same hours, until the same shall be completed* »
