After a two week "Snow Holiday" classes at RCHS resumed Monday. Saturday night the panthers won another victory - this time over the Central "Falcons." The final score was 70-59 with Ronnie Pullen as the high scorer (25 points). Plans are now underway for the annual "Sweetheart Queen’ contest and Valentine Party , sponsored by the SCA. The Valentine Party will be Feb‘ ruary 22 (a little late due to delay in planning caused by the snow) from 7 p. m. to 10:30 p. m. "Sweetheart" elected Tuesday from each grade ' are: 8th Grade - Sandra payne 9th Grade - Sharon Suter 10th Grade - Susan Payne 11th Grade - Barbara Dodson 12th Grade - Millie Dodson Anyone may vote for their ! favorite "Sweetheart" a penny a vote. Remember that proceeds from the voting are con tributed to the SCA Student Scholarship Loan Fund. The girl with the most votes (money) will be crowned "Sweetheart Queen" by last year’s queen, Linda Beahm at the Valentine Party. ? Mysterious Teachers ? ?? is a teacher at RCHS who is extremely popular for his (her?) cakes, apple pies, etc. and has "rescued* many a student with (his? her?>needle and thread! The last "Mysterious Teacher* (Square Rootle of the Altitudie") was Mrs. Burford.
