Massie was hostess Friday evening at her home with a bridal shower for Miss Doris Daugherty, County Home Demonstration Agent, who will be married Saturday to Mr. George Lee Morgan of Radford. Those present included Mrs. Paul Miller, Mrs. Ida Trump, Mrs. Mary Cleverly, Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., Mrs. W. I. Gentry, Mrs. F. W. Spalding, Mrs. M.R. Bradford Jr., Mrs. Emory Russell, Miss Ruby Jenkins, Mrs. H. B. Wood, Jr. and Miss Laura Fleming Melton.
