The Rev. Ray Williams of Flint Hill has been named to head the Heart Fund Campaign in Rappahannock County. Mr. Williams is pastor of Flint Hill and Washington Baptist Churches. He is a graduate of Mercer University, Macon, Ga., his native city, and attended Southern Theo- logical Seminary, Wake Forest.
