1 In, Superintendent of Welfare lor Rappahannock County. The loans will be issued at a 2 per cent interest rate plus a 2 per cent insurance fee. The maximum loan per year will be $500. It will be open to all Rappahannock County High School students. RCHS students returned to school Thursday after a two day absence because of snow to find that the school had been broken into and vandalized. Most of the damage has now been repaired. This week the Annual Staff completed work on this year’s Rappsody. It has been a long and difficult job for the group but they feel the results will be rewarding. The finished annuals should arrive some time in May. 4 Thursday, Feb. 9, the Rappahannock Panthers losttoStras burg High School in a 78 to 65 game. The Junior Varsity team won, however, by a score of 35 to 34. Friday, Feb. 10 the Rappahannock Panthers defeated the Central Falcons in a 64 to 56 game. The Junior Varsity team also won their game. Tuesday, Feb. 14 the Panthers play their last game of the season against Stonewall Jackson at New Market.
