SANITATION PROGRAM Mr. Miller Lockhart assumed the duties of sanitarian for Rappahannock County on October 1, 1966 on a three day per week basis. Mr. Lockhart was sanitarian in Fauquier County before his present assignment.
Rappahannock County experienced a big year in the installation and repair of sewage systems. The major portion of the sanitarians time during 1966 was spent in sewage work.
