Mr. Frost is a member of the Appropriations Committee, Chairman of the State Agricui tural Committee; a member of Roads and Internal Navigation, Nominations and Confirmations and Militia and Police Committees. He was appointed Chairman of the Virginia Advisory Legislative Council to serve from 66 to 68; is a member of the Governor's Budget Advisory Committee; on the Exe cutive Committee Commission for Economy in Government Expenditures; and Executive Committee of the James town Foundation. Mr. Frost was born in Marshall, Va. and has been in the automobile business for 46 years. He is president of the Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton; ,a Director of Fauquier National Bank; member of the Warrenton Rotary club and a Vestryman of St. James Episcopal Church.
