All races, except the open race, are to be ridden by a member of a recognized or registered hunt, or a rider ac-l cepted by the Race Committee, A rider must wear a race jersey with hunt or race colors or his hunting attire. The horse must have hunted regularly and fairly this season and be owned by & member of a recognized or registered hunt. There will be a $5.00 entry fee for each horse and an additional $5.00 fee for each cross entry. Post entries will be accepted. A competent physician, veterinarian and blacksmith will be on the grounds. Everyone is cordially invited to attend the Rappahannock Point-to-Point, its seven horse races and final unique hound race. Admission is $2.00 per person, and general car parking, $1.00. The programs will again be sold by the Boy Scouts and the food will be served on the grounds by the Jaycees. The purpose of this report is to furnish a brief resume of Health Department activities during 1966 and selected statistics for the most recent periods for which they are available. The service of a local Health Department, while reasonably uniform throughout the State, a’te modified to suit the local need.
