The marriage of Miss Mary Elizabeth Norman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Daniel Norman of Woodville to Paul Franklin Wiley was solemnized Saturday afternoon, February 4, 1967 in Forest Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Wiley is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Webster Wiley of Hollosopple, Pa. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Charles Kindred of Amissville, pastor of the church, who was assisted by the Rev. Paul D. Hawkins of Raleigh, North Carolina. The church was decorated with arrangements of white gladioli and chrysanthemums, palms and lighted candelabra.
