Butler and daughter of Ale* andria. Mrs. Cary Thornhill honored Tuesday, May 9 with a birthday party held at the home of her sister Mrs. A. B. Honts in Front Royal. Those attending were Mrs. Gus Cahill and daughter Tracey of Winchester, Mrs. Jesse Hoffman and daughter Mrs. Helen Ware of Orange, Mrs. George Butler and Mrs. Jesse Hawkins of Boston. Mrs. Elm a Manuel and two daughters of Winchester were Saturday overnight guests of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Other overnight guests were Mr. and Mrs. Markwood Butler and the Thornhill’s grandchildren, David, Debbie and Kevin Thorn hill all of Manassas. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon- Thornhill and family joined them for Sunday dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Waddell were in Washington, D. C. on Friday. Their grandson Jesse Waddell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Waddell, returned home with them for several weeks stay. Miss Linda Waddell of Washington, D. C. spent the weekend with her parents, the Waddells. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Weaver had as their weekend guests their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Roy Beck and son Kenneth of Fairfax.
