Mrs. Sandra Todd of Fairfax, who holds a position with the Department of the Army, has been officially comfmended by Col. W. A. V'an Atla for her contribution to the 1966 World Geodetic l System. Mrs. Todd is a computor operator with the Army Map j Service. The special act award and a check for $150 were pre- | sented to her for outstanding efforts and significant contribu- j lion in completing a project from October 3, 1966 through March ! 1, 1967. Mrs. Todd is a 1961 graduate of Culpeper County High | School and was graduated from Randolph-Macon Womens College in 1965. She is the daughter of Mrs. G. E. Doyle of Amissville.
