ing or upgrading secondary bridges; $21,216 for erosion control on secondary roads; $69,759 to match an equal amount of federal aid for plan ning; $750,000 for access rbads to recreational areas; and needs funds from the 1964 66 Acts that are allocated to Henrico and Arlington Counties, which are not in the State’s secondary system. Henrico County will get $155, 989 and Arlington will get $108,874 of the needs funds. In addition, regular funds are distributed to these two counties on other formulas as pro vided by statute, with Henrico County receiving an estimated $1,956,000 and Arlington an esfimated $1,344,000 for thejlif use in constructing and maintaining their own county road systems. The State Highway Department maintains all prt mary and interstate roads in these two counties. The Highway Commission last week approved tentative allocations of some $204.5 million for construction on interstate, arterial, other primary and urban highways.
