OBITUARIES

Silas D. Miller

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Monday at Clore Funeral Home Chapel for Silas D. Miller, 79, of Culpeper who died Saturday, February 17, 1968 at a Charlottesville hospital. The Rev. John Farrar officiated at the service. Interment was in Fairview Ceme tery. Mr. Miller, a retired government employe, was a native of Rappahannock County, son of the late John James and Lucy E. Lillard Miller. Besides his wife, Mrs. Olive T. Miller of Culpeper, survivors include a son, Dr. John L. Miller of Culpeper and a daughter Mrs. E. L. Tolbert of Gainesville, Fla. Also one brother, G. Brown Miller of Peola Mills and a sister Mrs. W. S. Stevens of St. Petersburg, Fla., and four grandchildren.
