Mrs. Emily Mae Racer
Mrs. Emily Mae Racer, 70, wife of David Jackson Racer of Washington. Va. died February 13, 1968 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Madison County, daughter of the late Joseph Jackson Jenkins and Sarah Alice Norman Jenkins. She was previously married to the late Lee Fincham.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, William Lee Fincham of Sperryville, Cornelius D. Fincham; and Randolph Fincham, both I of Washington, Va.; four daugh ters, Mrs. Luther Fincham of Norfolk, Mrs. James Fincham! Mrs. Elizabeth Singer and; Miss Louise Mae Racer, all! of Washington, Va.; 20 grand-i children and 9 great-grandchildren. Also one brother, Charlie Jenkins of Washington, Va.; and three sisters, Mrs. John Brady of Flint Hill, | Mrs. Robert Frazier of Washington, Va. and Mrs. Leo How-1 ell of Richmond. A funeral service was held Friday at 2 p.m. at Washington Baptist Church, the Rev.! Ray Williams officiating. Bur-; ial was in Sperryville Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bobby | L. Fincham, James R. Fine-! ham, Marvin Burke, Doug Ble-! vins, John A. Atkins, L. V. j Merrill, Clarence Giles and Clarence Baldwin. Geest funeral home was in charge.
