W. G. Roach Paving Co., Inc. of Warrenton, Va. and of Rush River Enterprises of Washington, Virginia have applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2-36 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
