“Happy Holidays" has been chosen as the title of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival’s 1968 Pageant of Springtime, to be presented twice during the 41st springtime fete here on May 2-3-4. More than 1200 young people, students at schools in this area of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia, will take part in the hour-long spectacle presented on the great bank of steps and esplanade of Handley High School.
