Andrew Bowling, with book, spoke to the members of the Rappahannock Lions Club last Wednesday on the Distributive Education program which is being established at Rappahannock County High School. He explained how classroom instruction is combined with on-the-job training for students. The school, community and business establishments, cooperate to administer the program. With Mr. Bowling are Lions Club president, Dave Layman, left, Lions Paul Nichols and C. B. Palmer, right. Mr. Bowling is coordinator of the DE program.
