Rappahannock County Circuii Court convened Monday, January 11 with a grand jury composed ol Mrs. Mary Cleverly; Clarence Dearing, Gibson Wharton, Gilberi Cosden and C. J. Miller, jr. The grand jury returned a true bill on two counts of manslaughtei against Randolph Willoughby Starks and a true bill on one counl of manslaughter against Robert Nelson Jenkins. Starks charges were the outcome of a traffic crash in which two youth were fatally injured. Jenkins was charged with the fatally shooting of John Robert 'Jenkins or November 12. The case of Harry Hart and Walter Groves,, both charged with murder, were continued until the March court term which begins on the 8th.
