Time also robs us of friends and loved ones. May I share these lines by a poet, Kayko. It’s title is IN MEMORIAM:

“He said he’d mind it less, to die with no roof between him and sky.

Then it took him, quick and clean, and all the sky looked on, serene.

I wonder if he had time to answer the unmoved sublime.

Or if an angel came to him before the last contour grew dim,

Or if the heavens, blue and cloud, fell upon him like a shroud,”

“Time heals all wounds.” Does it, really? I like to think thjtt it does, that it, time, is^jjmt of God’s divine plan. Do you feel the same resentment today you felt yesterday, that pain or hurt you suffered a few days ago, do you feel it now? Let us be thankful for time.

‘Live and learn, die and forget it all?’. Well, not quite.

“Not in entire forgetfulness do we come

From God, who is our home.”
