entire District. The Committee will hold a public hearing on January 21 for persons wishing to appear to present their views on the Committee recommendations. The Virginia Code Commission has introduced 104 Bills to make the changes in the existing laws necessitated by the Revision of the State Constitution. These bills will be referred to the various committees which will begin meeting next week. I will continue to serve as a member of the General Laws Agriculture, and Claims Com mittees.

foothills, valley, and a 12 mile segment of the Shenandoah River from Ingham to Whitehouse Bridge. Three new species were seer that had not been reported or previous Christmas Bird Count for this area. A pair of Sno\ bilhtings was observed flying ove Big Meadows and carefully ot served after they landed on gravel road.
