Ray Baker and his wife, the former Patricia Sue Roberts, spent the holidays with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynwood R. Baker, here and Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Roberts of Bealeton. Seaman Baker left January 2 for Cocoa Beach, Fla. aboard the U.S.S. Observation Island, where he will resume his duties and will leave later this month for Hawaii. Mrs. David Streagle and children Shannon and Marc left by train from ^Fredericksburg Thursday night for their home in Parris Island, S. C. after a ten-day visit with Mrs. Streagle’s family, Mrs. Sarah Latham and Susan. Enroute to Fredericksburg, they were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Peck at Spotsylvania.
