Mr. Miller is a native of Rappahannock and was born and reared at The Maples in Washington, presently the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Miller. He was educated in public schools in Rappahannock and was a gradual* of W&tbingUm High School. He attended Bluefield Business College, Bluefield, W. Va. He is a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, and has served as Senior and Junior Warden. Mr. Miller married Miss Acsah Dudley, also a native Rappahannockian and they have two daughters, Mrs. John Wood of Atlanta, Ga. and Mrs. Stephen Vaughan of New York.
