Donald S. Gallihugh of Peola Mills has assumed the position of County Executive Director of the Louisa County Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service. He received six months of in service training with ASCS in Halifax, Mathews, Campbell, Frederick, Brunswick and Tazewell counties in preparation for his new position. Mr. Gallihugh was educated in Madison County public schools, graduating from high school in 1966. He attended Roanoke College and the Madison Center of the University of Virginia where he majored in business administration. He is the son of Mrs. Harry Gallihugh and the late Mr. Gallihugh and a grandson of Mrs. Gussie Weakley.
