The Adult Education classes in Rappahannock County got underway on Thursday evening at the local high school with 61 attending and participating in one of seven courses offered. A few vacancies remain in chair caning, typing, carving and small engines classes and those interested may enter tonight, Thursday.
Candidates registered for enrollment numbered 74 prior to the beginning of the classes Thursday and every section of the county was represented including the areas of Amissville, Boston, Chester Gap, Flint Hill, Huntly, Sperryville, Washington, Woodville and Viewtown with some also from Jeffersonton in neighboring Culpeper and from Rapidan.
