Slides Featured at Garden Club Meet
The' Rappahannock County Garden Club will meet Wednesday, January 20 at 2 p.m. at the home of Mi's. Harald Havstad, Sperry ville. ihe Program Chairman will be Mrs. J. B. Perkins and Nature Camp slides will be presented. The exhibit for January is an “Arrangement of Branches.”
Madison Jaycees
Sponsor Youth Dance
The Madison Jaycees will sponsor a Teenage Dance at the American Legion Hall in Madison on Friday, January 15, 1971. The dance will begin immediately after the basketball game and will close at 12:30 a.m. This is a nonprofit venture with the sole aim of providing entertainment for youth. The Flames Combo will furnish the music. The dance is for students of Madison and Rappahannock County High Schools and their dates or guests. Students are responsible for the behavior of guests which they invite. Students may be asked to present I. D. cards and the following dress code is in effect: boys wear dress shirt and tie or turtleneck sweater; girls wear school attire.
