Flint Hili Rescue Squad on February 18 took William Sisk from an accident scene two miles south of Flint Hill to Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. February 19, Robert Stanley Foster was brought from Warren Memorial Hospital to his home in Flint Hill. On February 20 Mrs. Beulah Armentrout was taken from an accident at the intersection of Routes 522 and 211 to Warren Memorial Hospital.
Rappahannock Rescue Squad took Mrs. Dawn Roles and child from the accident February 20 at Massies’s Corner to Warren Memorial Hospital.
On Monday, Feb. 22, Sperryville Rescue Squad took Mary Katherine Jenkins from home at Peola Mills to the University of Virginia Hospital. Sperryville Fire Company went to the home of Lee Payne Tuesday night. It was a controlled fire. Services not needed. The Amissville Fire Company responded to an alarm of a brush fire at the Jim Phillips home. This was controlled burning and service was not used.
