Hanna added that the Division will distribute a folder containing the Governor’s letter and other information in cooperation with the State Police, Highway Department, and Division of Motor Vehicles. Included in the folder will be the new 46-page Virginia Drivers Manual which is illustrated in color and distributed by the Division of Motor vehicles. “This manual’’ Hanna said, “should be most helpful as nonawareness of traffic laws, customs, signs and signals account for a good deal of the crashes involving servicemen coming from other states.” Folders will be delivered to the various installations by the Division’s program coordinators for distribution.
