Amend Regulation R3-1 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise provided hy local legislation and with the specific exceptions provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt bear from the third Monday in November through December 31, both dates inclusive.
Amend Regulation R3-4 to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful to kill a bear of less than one hundred pounds live weight.
CHAPTER 5. Bobcat.
Adopt a new regulation to be numbered R5-01 as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt bobcat only during the open season for hunting raccoon as provided for in R16-1 through R16-6, inclusive.
