SEVERAL complaints were registered about Route 640 west of Amissville. C. C. Zinn brought attention to “awful bad turns,” poor drainage, and said no work had been done on it in seven years. He stated that the road serves at least 18 families and construction of three additional, homes is planned this year.
Mrs. Farrell Nicholas of the same route joined her father, Mr. Zinn, in a request for attention for the road. Mrs. Albert Doub was also eager to get this road widened and bad curves taken out.
Mrs. Medrick Bell reported falling and fallen rocks impeded traffic on Route 600, which is narrow in places with steep cliffs
