Steve Eugene Hunter of Washington skidded on the icy road Friday and struck a guard rail on the Washington by-pass.
Damage to his ‘66 Chevrolet was set at $400 and to the rail $75, according to Trooper W. A. Buntin.
This was the only incident reported due to the unseasonable deluge of rain and ice. □
