Except as provided in this regulation and in R24-10.1, there shall be no size limit on any species of fish. There shall, however, be a ten-inch minimum size limit on grayling, a twenty-six-inch minimum size limit on muskellunge and northern pike and a twenty-inch minimum size limit on landlocked striped bass (rockfish), except that in the Dan River below the Brantly Steam Plant Dam, the Roanoke (Staunton) River below Leesville Dam, Kerr Reservoir and Gaston Reservoir the minimum size limit on landlocked striped bass (rockfish)
