IN THE first order, issued after the hearing on April 5, Judge Snead had restricted Vepco from cutting any “living tree” of less than 10 inches in diameter at “breast height (four feet).”
The modified order issued this Wednesday told Vepco “Wherever possible” not to cut or trim any dogwoods, and to not cut any living trees five inches in diameter at breast height.
