The first restraining order was issued after the hearing the previous Wednesday in Circuit Court in Washington, against Paul R. St. Clair and Katherine J. St. Clair of Amissville, Henry Cook of Amissville, and Witold Kuncewicz and Dorothy A. Kuncewicz of Flint Hill.
In related action, Judge Snead denied an injunction sought by several citizens seeking to halt the Vepco surveying. This injunction was sought by Paul R. St. Clair, Edward A. Harris, L. B. Burford, Witold Kuncewicz, Thelma D. Larrivee and the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection, Inc.
