Editor: First, a thank you for the coverage you have given the Voter Registration change these past months. It has been most helpful. It is of grave concern that over 400 registered voters of Rappahannock County have not yet given their social security numbers to make their voter registrations complete. An advertisement last year produced moderate results. . .and now I do not have it in my budget to advertise again. Have you any suggestions to make as to how I can reach these people?
