shall be twelve inches. Also, there shall be a twelve-inch minimum size limit on large - mouth, smallmouth and spotted bass in the North Fork of Pound Reservoir and in the Roanoke (Staunton) and Dan rivers and their tributaries downstream from Niagara Dam on the Roanoke River and the Brantly Steam Plant Dam on the Dan River and the Shenandoah River including the North and South forks downstream from Route 42 bridge in Timberville on the North Fork and from the confluence of North and South rivers on the South Fork below Port Republic and the New River from Claytor Dam to the West Virginia boundary line. It shall be unlawful to have any largemouth, smallmouth or spotted bass less than twelve inches in length in one’s possession while on any of the waters mentioned in the preceding sentence.

CHAPTER 28.

(Watercraft) In General.

Amend Regulation R28-3 to read as follows:

It shall be unlawful to operate or anchor any vessel within six hundred feet below the John H. Kerr Dam.
