Glean up re scheduled
FOILED BY MOTHER NATURE last Saturday, but not undaunted, the youth of Rappahannock County will stage the planned county clean up this Saturday, April 15. Rain, hail and -snow which fell Friday night left the ground covered Saturday morning with a slippery, white crust and hid all of the unsightly trash which the youngsters planned to clean up.
When the precipitation melted away, all of the debris remained to be tackled. Everyone is again urged to join the young people of the county in cleaning up the roadsides, as well as personal property, and keeping it that way. The Rappahannock Jaycee Chapter has provided insurance to cover the young people while they get the job done, according to lan Pryde, county clean up coordinator. □
