Baseball teams
being organized
American Legion Post 53 of Front Royal has started recruiting players between the ages of 15 and 19 for the upcoming 75 baseball season. Anyone interested in trying out for the team should contact Carroll Freeman, 6353758. Tryouts will be held May 17 at 5 p.m. at Bing Crosby Stadium.
The league will consist of four teams, Woodstock, Harrisonburg, Strasburg and Front Royal. Approximately 20 games will be scheduled for the season. They will be played on Wednesday and Saturday at Bing Crosby Stadium and possibly Tuesday and Friday will be away games.

NAACP MEETING
The local N.A.A.C.P. branch will hold its monthly meeting at the Community Center in Washington, Tuesday, April 29, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. All members and interested persons are requested to attend. □
