Scholarship
is offered
A scholarship for a Rappahannock student is being made available this year, for one time only, by the Rappahannock Angus Association, with need the major deciding factor for its presentation.
The Angus Association has been dissolved and its Board of Directors decided the funds which remained in the treasury at the time of disbanding should be used to help in the education of a county student who needed an assist. Need is the priority rather than grades and it will be given this year only. The student may be just entering college or may already be in school and need the funds to remain there.
Anyone interested in applying may contact Mr. Futtrell, Guidance Counselor at the local high school or Rapley 0wings at the Rappahannock Extension Office. Application must be made by May l.C
