Hawkins
Cecil Hamilton Hawkins, 66, of Boston, the son of the late Edgar H. and Bessie Weaver Hawkins, died April 16, 1975 in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. He was a retired painter for the U.S. Naval Ordinance Laboratory in Washington, D.C. and a past president of Local 1632, Brotherhood of Painters, Decorators and Paperhangers of America in Washington.
Survivors include his wife, Veronica Lipka Hawkins; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Frances McKenzie of Upper Marlboro, Md.; a brother, Carroll Hawkins of North Beach, Md. and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Geest Funeral Home Chapel, Culpeper and burial was in Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Washington, D.C.D
REVIVAL SERVICES
Special services will be held at the Assembly ,of God Church, Sperry ville, May 1 through May 4 at 7:30 p.m. The Rev. John L. Miller of Culpeper will be the guest speaker. Special music and singing will be featured. “Come and bring a neighbor,” said the Rev. Ray Campbell, Pastor.□
