Dallas, Hugh and Dennis Williams, all of Front Royal; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Feldhauser of Front Royal and one grandson.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at Marlow Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Hale-Cooper and the Rev. John P. Oliver, Jr. officiating.

Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Turner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.□

Mrs. Payne

Mrs. Etta Burke Payne, 82, of Amissville died April 19, 1975. She was the widow of Mark Payne.

Survivors include two sons, Kirkwood Burke of Arlington and Conway Burke, Arlington; two sisters, Mrs. Isabelle Hitt, Arlington, Mrs. Margaret Page, Fairfax; five brothers, Asa Heflin, Philadelphia; James and Herbert Heflin, Washington, D.C., Leon and John Heflin of Fairfax; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Tuesday at the Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton, conducted by the Rev. Douglas Kanney. Interment was in National Memorial Park Cemetery, Falls Church.□
