The joint efforts of Rappahannock and Warren county officers led to the arrest of three Warren county subjects for destroying personal property at the farm of H. L. Manwaring at Rock Mills.
Kerry Davis, Mike Bellos and a juvenile were apprehended and charged with destruction of the grounds and fence at Manwaring’s house which is occupied by Orville Faulkner/
Deputies R. D. Hawkins and Ray Jackson, collaborating with Investigator Hale, made the arrests.
