Naramore told the Board that the house was located on a small plateau above Witold Kuncewicz’s stables and was not visible from the road.
The BZA members voted unanimously to approve the variance, subject to the filing of (1) a plat showing the exact location of the house and distance from the road and (2) a blueprint copy of renovation plans.
“But we won’t issue the (building) permit until we see that plat,” noted Herbert Barksdale.
