She acknowledged that there were difficulties in working out inheritance arrangements fairly for the couple’s five children but she was optimistic that problems could be resolved and easement arrangements finalized by January.
Lee and Diana Bird expect no problems with inheritance on the property adjoining Shenandoah Park that they plan to put into the easement program. Both of the Bird’s children share in the property and will sign the easement deed. “We’ve talked to our children about this and they approve,” said Mrs. Bird.
